When you submit our contact form we collect your name, phone number, email address, service address or city, the service you need, your preferred appointment time, and whatever you write in the message field. When you telephone us we collect the details you provide during that call, including the service address needed to attend the job.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you visit. Where you have accepted analytics cookies, this information is also processed by Google Analytics 4 to help us understand how the site is used.
Information we do not collect
We do not collect payment card details through this website. We do not ask for, and you should never send us, government identification numbers, banking details or passwords through the contact form.

Our customer reviews are displayed through Trustindex, which loads our verified Google reviews from our Google Business Profile. It is a third-party embed and may set cookies, so it is gated behind the same consent banner. If you decline, the reviews are not loaded and you can read them directly on our Google Business Profile instead.
Google Maps
The map on our contact page is embedded from Google Maps and loads only when you scroll it into view. Google may set cookies and receive technical information when the map loads. You can avoid this by using the plain-text address and the directions link instead.
Formspree
Our contact form is delivered to us through Formspree, a form-handling service. The information you submit passes through Formspree's systems in order to reach our inbox.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not trade or rent it to anyone. We share it only where it is necessary: with the technician attending your job, with service providers who operate parts of our infrastructure (such as the form handler and website host), and where we are legally required to do so.

Enquiries that do not result in a booking are kept only as long as needed to respond to them. Records relating to completed work are kept for as long as necessary to honour warranty terms and to meet our business, tax and legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Under PIPEDA you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, and withdraw consent for uses that are not necessary to complete work you have already booked.
